Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here.
I know what it’s like to feel uncertain, anxious, and lost. Years ago, after struggling with debilitating chronic pain and losing my sense of self and hope, I received a cancer diagnosis that turned my world upside down. Sometimes, the answers we find aren’t what we hoped for.

One of the greatest gifts I received during that time was a mindfulness-based group therapy program that propelled me into my journey with therapy. I’ve explored therapy in many forms, from group therapies to individual counseling across a range of modalities, all of which I draw on to tailor my therapeutic approach to each person’s unique needs.

It is an honor to support you on your journey.

My experiences have taught me that healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. It’s deeply personal, non-linear, and an ongoing process of self-discovery. My role is to show up with curiosity, empathy, and a commitment to helping you and your partner explore the beliefs that shape how you interact with yourself and in relationships. Together, we’ll work to deepen your self-awareness, develop skills to navigate uncertainty and grief, and create meaningful, lasting change—moving toward a life that feels grounded, connected, and truly your own.

I can empathize with what you are going through

With Young Adults & Life Transitions: Therapy provided me with tools to find self-trust amidst the uncertainty of life and define success and fulfillment on my own terms. These lessons shape how I support clients as they navigate similar struggles. Uncertainty can feel overwhelming, but therapy offers tools to ground yourself in the present, reframe unhelpful thoughts, and approach the unknown with confidence and clarity. Everyone deserves to feel understood and supported.

As a Partner : Before getting married, my partner and I explored the Gottman teachings together to better understand our strengths and challenges as a couple. These efforts deepened our friendship and strengthened our relationship through rituals of connection and shared meaning. I help couples do the same by teaching communication skills that turn conflict into connection, deepen emotional intimacy, and support them in building a shared vision for their future.

With Health Related Challenges: I know what it’s like to feel betrayed by your own body, to feel overwhelmed by the medical system, and to worry about being a burden. These experiences can shake your sense of control and identity. Therapy can help you define yourself beyond just your illness or trauma and reclaim parts of yourself that may feel lost. I also know how the demands of caregiving for a loved one with health-related challenges can leave little room for self-care or acknowledgment of the emotional toll. Therapy provides caregivers with tools to sustain themselves, strengthen their relationships, and find balance in an otherwise overwhelming role.
